"I have visited this restaurant twice now. The first time was really good. This time was even better, I can't fault the good or the staff as both were excellent. It's only opened recently, so if you have not tried it I highly recommend dropping in for dinner and a couple of drinks. The Moroccan Lamb shank is really good, I can also vouch for yhe painted crayfish, it is amazing! 5/5 stars from me"

"An absolutely fantastic place to dine and indulge in a cocktail that has become my favourite. The food tasted amazing, we had very fast and friendly service from our waitress. Compliments to the chef. I highly recommend Palmers Bar and Kitchen to all."

"Food pretty good. Serving size is pretty decent. Drink around the same as the brewery. As of August 2024, it’s around $14 a pint of beer or big glass of wine. They have specials which cheaper than the normal main menu. Good seating options. Pretty much no free car park nearby because it’s on Palmers St. Your best bet is parking somewhere nearby and walk there."

"Hidden away in Palmer Street is this reasonably priced gem. Great selection on the menu and my steak was cooked to perfection. My only complaint is about the wobbly table tops on all of the outdoor tables. Rather annoying and something that could be easily fixed. The food, and the venue, are great for the price."

"Came here for a late dinner and was warmly welcomed and had no problems getting a table and ordering dinner. We had a selection of entrees to share and a main each. Prices were reasonable for a nice restaurant. Everything is on one level including the bathrooms so easy access for wheelchairs. Plenty of space to get around too. Both indoor and outdoor seating options are available with kids meals and dietary requirements catered for. We absolutely loved our meals and will definitely be back."
